Nicole Conrad

Nicole Conrad serves as Vice President of Asset Management at Elevate Property Partners. Key responsibilities include development and implementation of multifamily product asset business plans and driving NOI through the oversight of revenue management, property management, operating and capital budgets.

Conrad has over 20 years of multi-family experience, across many key markets in 13 different states. Before joining Elevate Property Partners, Conrad served as Senior Vice President of Sentral, overseeing several key departments; Asset Management, Revenue Management, Ancillary Revenue, and overall Community Operations driving operational excellence for both Multifamily and STR units. Prior to Sentral, she oversaw portfolio operations for the San Francisco Bay Area at Essex Property Trust – a best-in-class REIT and member of the S&P 500. The portfolio consisted of 10,000+ units across Northern California and various building types and classes. Conrad's specialty was in acquisitions, underwriting and understanding markets, executing on aggressive business plans.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from California State University, Chico.
