Cynthia Homsher

Cynthia Homsher serves as Vice President of Asset Management at Elevate Property Partners. Key responsibilities include development and implementation of multifamily product asset business plans and driving NOI through the oversight of leasing, property management, operating budgets, and capital projects.

Before joining Elevate Property Partners, Cynthia was an Executive Director with JP Morgan performing asset management of multifamily and industrial holdings in the Central Region of the US.  Additionally, Cynthia was a Senior Portfolio Manager with Strong Capital, overseeing non-correlated alternative investments in infrastructure throughout 38 states and Canada.  Previous roles included Vice President with Trammell Crow Residential/Crow Holdings, as well as asset management leadership at Goldman Sachs affiliate Archon Group, overseeing a large multifamily portfolio in the SE Region of the US.

Cynthia holds a bachelor’s degree in in Interdisciplinary Studies, Real Estate and Urban Development from the University of Texas at Dallas.  She also is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a Texas State Certified General Appraiser.
